Tame Impala announces North American tour for this year after their Deadbeat album release. The indie Australian band is ready to hit the American road with top guest artists.
The Australian band Tame Impala just announced an extended series of shows in the US and Canada for summer 2026. The North American Tour, known as the Tame Impala Deadbeat Tour will kick off on July 7, 2026.
It is expected to be over on September 19, 2026, after an amazing leg of shows across the best arenas of the country. Their main objective is to get back onstage after three years of no arena performances and to promote their new album Deadbeat.
Deadbeat is Tame Impala’s fifth studio album and was released on October 17, 2025. Made as an evolution of the psychedelic sound and synthetic pop characteristic of the alternative band. The new disc was described as more introspective than their previous works, oriented to the sonorous design.
Moreover, it is influenced by typical textures of dream pop, electronic and neo-psychedelia music. Deadbeat is composed of twelve new fire tracks that add into their iconic discography. It contains songs that became popular hits such as End Of Summer, Loser, Dracula and My Old Ways.

Tame Impala also starred in one of the best moments from the Grammy Awards night a few weeks ago. Their hit song End Of Summer became the winner at the Best Dance/Electronic Recording. Now, Tame Impala announces North American tour for this year after their new disc release

Guest stars at Tame Impala’s North American tour
On the other hand, they also just announced who will be joining them onstage as guest artists. One of the top stars of the moment, Djo will perform alongside Tame Impala for the first ten shows. From July 7 to August 4, the End of Beginning singer will be touring with the Australian band.
Moreover, even though this great news came as a surprise, it is not the first time Djo collaborated with a member of the band. He has a great friendship with Tame Impala’s leader, the multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker. That is why Joe Keery appeared on Tame Impala’s Loser video clip. For the second leg of the tour the American singer Dominic Fike will take over as the special guest. From August 25 to September 19, the 3 Nights singer will hit the road with Tame Impala.
