What made you click and say, “I want to be a singer”?
Since I was little, I have been aware that I have not had any special talent, I have grown up as a child who has had many self-esteem and confidence problems in general, but when I started making music, I saw that there was a way to channel all that blockage that I felt and to reaffirm myself. From there music entered my life and for now it continues with me doing the same function.
¿What are your biggest challenges in the industry as an emerging artist Mamba?
Being able to progress in an organic way, maintaining one’s own style, values and, above all, the passion for making songs.
In the end numbers are numbers, and I am not saying that they are not important because they are, but I think it is much more important to know how to enjoy the journey, take care of the people who are with you and above all do what you like to be able to constantly progress. and reach the best version of yourself.

What is your biggest fear (in general)?
Giving up. I am not afraid of losing or making mistakes, that is part of life and I accept it without problems, but what I am afraid of is getting tired and not being able to try certain things, which is why I think it is very important to take care of oneself mental health, because there are better and worse moments, but regardless of where you are you gotta be willing to fight for your own and never give up.
¿How do you advertise your new songs or concerts?
Mainly through social networks, I usually post on Instagram the week before the concert, I make videos that I then publish in the form of reels, stories, tiktoks… Obviously word of mouth is also very important, so one way is also to contact people close to you through WhatsApp.
The way music is made has changed, everything is faster and more fleeting now. Are you more of an old school analogue person or a more “TikToker” one?
Definitely old school. I love the process of maturing a song, giving it its space, being able to re-record it as many times as necessary until it is perfect, and releasing it with enthusiasm.
I think that the tiktoker school often makes the song directly oriented towards a trend or going viral, and from my point of view I think that is a mistake.

Which Spanish artists would you like to collaborate with in the future Mamba?
Cruz Cafuné, Abhir Hathi y Kyne are the 3 people that I am currently listening to the most and with whom I am feeling the most identified, I mean if I had to say a few it would be them.
And the world?
Drake, Joey Badass and Kanye West. They are 3 artists who have helped me a lot to understand my music, and who are definitely a reference to me.
Do you have any other passions besides music?
I really like art in general, but if I had to emphasize one more discipline it would be the issue of clothing and image issues.
I have always really liked the different ways of dressing in music videos, covers, posters, visualizers…

Advice to young people who want to enter this world but don’t have the courage. Where can they start?
I would tell them to do what fulfills them, to look for their team and to develop their potential without listening to meaningless negative criticism, envious comments, hate… Music is something very beautiful and you don’t always have to do it to make a living from it, it can be a simple way of expression that helps oneself, but what I said before, you always have to be brave and try things, even if you make a mistake.
