Lola Young just cancelled all of her shows “for the foreseeable future” after her worryingly incident. She was performing onstage last Saturday at the All Things Go festival in New York when she collapsed.
The young British popstar rose to fame with her top hit Messy (2024). Moreover, she was planning to be touring her Messy Tour starting in November. In this run of concerts she would be promoting her latest album I’m Only Fking Myself**, released on September 19.
Sadly, none of this will take place at the end since she cancelled everything. She just announced this cancelation in her socials:
“I’m going away for a while. It pains me to say I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future. Thank you for all the love and support. I’m so sorry to let anyone down who has bought a ticket to see me, it hurts me more than you know.”
“Obviously you will be entitled to a full refund. I really hope you’ll give me a second chance once I’ve had some time to work on myself and come back stronger. Love you all, Lola x” – @lolayounggg on Instagram
When it happened, she sent a message to her fans to stop worrying about the occurrence. In this report she talks about the impossibility of performing on September 28, the day after the collapse.
“I’m sorry to confirm that I won’t be playing all things go in DC today. I love this job and I never take my commitments and audience for granted so I’m sorry to those who will be disappointed by this. I hope you’ll all give me another chance in the future. Thank you to all those who listen and care. To all the people that love to be mean online, pls give me a day off. Lola.” – @lolayounggg on Instagram
