Liam Gallagher has taken a public jab at Coldplay after the band unintentionally exposed an alleged cheating couple during their concert—sparking a viral scandal that has since made global headlines.

The Oasis frontman addressed fans during a recent show at Heaton Park in Manchester, assuring them that no such drama would unfold at his gigs. Gallagher, known for his unfiltered style, said:
“Don’t worry, we ain’t got any of that Coldplay snidey fing camera sht. Doesn’t matter to us who you’re mingling with — or tingly with, fingingly with — none of our f*ing business.”
He added with a smirk before launching into the next track, “This one’s for the lovebirds, anyway.”
Trouble in Paradise
The remarks came in the wake of a viral incident at Coldplay’s show at Boston’s Gillette Stadium, where frontman Chris Martin used a “kiss cam” to spotlight two audience members—Andy Byron, former CEO of software firm Astronomer, and the company’s chief people officer, Kristin Cabot.

The moment went viral after Martin joked, “Oh, look at these two – either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Shortly after the incident, it emerged that both Byron and Cabot are married to other people. Byron resigned from his CEO position on Saturday following the fallout. Astronomer confirmed the resignation, stating:
“Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.
“While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our commitment to solving complex data and AI problems remains the same.”
A TikTok Video Turned Global Scandal
The kiss cam moment, which was captured by concertgoer Grace, has since been viewed over 120 million times. Speaking on This Morning to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, Grace explained that she hadn’t initially realized the significance of the clip.
“I was hoping to see myself on the big screen and just wanted to capture the moment. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but after reviewing the footage with friends, we realized it did look pretty bad.”
When asked whether she regrets uploading the clip, Grace admitted: “I definitely feel for Andy’s wife Megan and everyone affected. But with over 50,000 people there, if I hadn’t posted it, someone else would have.”
