The Scottish singer and composer has just released some summer tour dates across the UK and Ireland. With these, the Someone You Loved artist will make his official comeback onstage. Earlier this year, he made an appearance at Glastonbury festival, where he made a 35-minute performance, in which he teased for his return.
Lewis Capaldi is set to headline an extensive run of shows next summer. He just announced the shows that will be his biggest outdoors shows ever. Up until now there have been 8 dates confirmed:
- June 23-24: Dublin – Malay Park
- June 26: Limerick – Thomond Park
- June 27-28: Exeter – Powderham Castle
- June 30 – July 1: Cardiff – Blackweir Park
- July 4: Leeds – Roundhay Park
- July 11-12: London – BST Hyde Park
- August 20: Belfast – Belfast Vital
- August 22: Manchester – Wythenshawe Park
Nevertheless, the Before You Go singer will be performing at several arenas earlier. He will be attending Co-Op Live in Manchester (September 20-21), Utilita Arena in Birmingham (September 23-24) and 3Arena in Dublin (September 29-30), among others. Moreover, he is going on tour across Oceania from November 30 to December 17. He will stop at Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
This comes as huge news for his fans because two years ago, the Scottish superstar had to walk away from live productions. Dealing with Tourette’s syndrome since 2022 has made it difficult for Capaldi to perform. He is also dealing with his mental and physical health as fame and tour pressures are hard to endure. The worst moment came during his show at Glastonbury festival two years ago. He carried on as best he could while having serious vocal problems.

All of this led to an undefined touring pause starting in June 2023. Lewis was forced to cancel all his planned shows in hopes of recovering from everything. Since then, he has spoken out about working with professionals in order to get back once he was at “100%”. He also teamed up with the mental health platform BetterHelp to provide free online therapy. Capaldi talked about how professionals helped him: “Therapy is the reason why I am able to be a musician again”.
Taking advantage of this brilliant moment, Lewis just released his new single Something In The Heavens. It is a unique, personal and touching sound that stands out. People have welcome this song with open arms, saying: “Never heard Lewis sing like that before. It’s hauntingly beautiful“. Source. At his Glasto 2025 presentation he sang Survive; a new single that is already charting.
