Iconic rock band Aerosmith just released their first production after 10 years without new music. One More Time comes as a collaborative EP with rock youngster Yungblud.
Aerosmith’s newest project came out on November 25, 2025; thirteen years since their last album drop in 2012. One More Time is not a traditional album, but a modern-type EP with a different composition. Formed by four new songs and a remixed version of a band’s classic, the new production is a hit.
The official’s band website officially announced this release in their website saying: “Marking Aerosmith’s first new music in more than twelve years, the five-track collection rallies together two generations of rock ’n’ roll across four original songs co-written by Aerosmith and Yungblud.”
“With Tyler and Yungblud dueting on every track and Joe Perry’s signature guitar driving the sound, they wrote and recorded four brand new songs in addition to reigniting the Aerosmith classic Back in the Saddle together, presented here as a newly remixed 2025 version”, Aerosmith’s webstite stated.
Generational Link
Furthermore, this is a historic time for the band due to another purpose. This production marks the first time in more than 50 years as a band that they release a ‘co-written’ record with another artist. Aerosmith’s link with Yungblud plans to be a ‘bridge’ among generations.
Steven Tyler talked about what working with Yungblud was like. “For Joe and me it was another cosmic collision… to find ourselves in the studio with this outrageously talented and positively wild animal named Dom. Here’s this kid that lives his life out loud…grew up on our records and the British invasion… and now we’re in the studio together creating something that bridges generations. He devoured all the same greats looked up to…and then he started to dream on. It’s as simple as that.”
On the other hand, it was very well received by fans. The main single My Only Angel reached the first spot on its debut on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs List. About this awesome position, the official website said: “The song entered at No. 20 on the Hot Rock Songs chart, No. 23 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart, and landed in the top-40 on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart – marking Aerosmith’s 45th appearance on the tally. Since its release, the track continues to climb the Active Rock chart and has gone Top 5 with over 10,000 spins at over 75 stations, amassed over two million first-week streams, and surpassed 22 million total streams.”
